Great balance and bead. Refreshing and bright on the nose. A great commingle of pinot and chardonnay flavors on the palate. Chardonnay up front with hints of the pinot earthy fruit on the back-end. Crisp and enjoyable.

Opened this yesterday for virtual tasting with Joy and the winemakers, David and Sofian. Saved some for mimosas this morning. A good mimosa has to start with a superior bubbly. This is most assuredly a superior bubbly.
