This is nice, some apple and brioche/bread flavors. Would have liked a bit more Chardonnay character, but overall definitely a more rich Chardonnay in the style of Krug or bollinger with the oak aging. Would love to try this in a blind lineup of Oakes champagnes/sparkling wines.
