Cork popped off soon as I undid the cage, scared the hell out of my dog. Citrusy toasty scent. Crisp, flavorful, and citrusy with more mineral than I expected. I like it.

Very good for a morning mimosa mixed with orange or pineapple juice. For the wine itself it’s not my favorite but it does it’s job!
