First Inglenook! Tannins overpowering and took half the meal to open up. Bing cherry red color with lots of red fruit present followed by a touch of oak - raspberries, strawberries, cranberries.

A bit more green than I expected. Stayed that way even after a good decant. Not bad but not great either. Awesome piece of steak tho, 560g!!!
