Just the right amount of acidity to balance out the ripe honeysuckle and round natural sugar. Drink it ice cold with some spicy food to see the world in a new light 👌🏼

Deep minerality, floral, stone fruit and honeysuckle. Beautiful depth and persistence. Better as it warmed up and after a few hours open.

Perfumed. Slate aromas. Reduced. Complex as fuck. More flavor molecules.

Really intense nose. Spicy. Potpourri. Mineral intensity on the palate. Brilliant and long.
