Dried raisins. Smooth. Round tannins. Aroma of hotel carpet, probably a la Quinta. Maybe rug doctor shampoo? I dunno. Opens up to tasting like a Sangiovese with more complex personality. It almost smells like there’s a white wine in it. Very enjoyable, different than most wines that I drink. Probably wouldn’t pay $25 for it again but that’s based more on my budget than its value.
