👃 On the nose are effusive notes of red & black plum, cranberry, pomegranate, red cherry, rose, tomato leaf, black licorice, anise, fresh fennel, leather, balsamic, pencil shavings, graphite, sweet baking spice, freshly cut herbs (oregano, tarragon, thyme), a blend of rainbow peppercorns, & potting soil.

👄 On the palate this wine was dry, with elevated acidity, a full body, high alcohol (14.5% ABV), & grippy tannins with a persistent finish.
