Interesting wine from Montalcino. Picked this up at the winery. This guy plays classical music to his vines. He spoke no English but I loved his energy. I had to buy this. That was back on 2002. Wow, great fruit and that classic Montalcino earthiness.

Oct 10th, 2021Super Tuscan. Purchased on a lark for the novelty blend. Big wine but not napa/plush big. On the drier side. Very sturdy and balanced. Smoky leather and dark fruit. Slammin with charcoal grilled beef short ribs.
