May 24th, 2018Great dolcetto. Wild fruit, chalky minerality, anise, bright acid and earthy. Would kick butt with some food.

Jul 25th, 2017Bright with ripe fruit and nicely-balanced tannins. Prune, black currant, and a little touch of white pepper and sea salt on the nose. Gets better as it breathes. Gorgeous garnet color. No need for a special occasion; would happily open as a prelude to dinner or with the main course.

Jun 4th, 2017smells musty and earthy spice, wood, cinnamon and dried cherry... mouth brings high acid and cranberry. good basic food dolcetto. didnt realize the diano region is squashed directly in between barolo and barbaresco.
