Light gold with a touch of rose. The finest of bead. A touch of yeast on the nose. Complex aromas. The acidity is mind blowing for a 10 year old wine and probably overpowers the flavours. Has a dry and slightly austere finish. Give another 5 years and it may fulfil its potential.
