Smoke, cherries, earth, pepper. Light, but flavor-packed. Worth seeking out. Would pair well with lots of different kinds of food.

N: Roses, Strawberries, island funk, ash,
Pepper, rhubarb.
P: Bright acidity, snap, bright, dustyness,
Red fruits, candy apple, tart, silky like good pinot silky, refreshing and crunchy.

With air, the nose really deepens and fleshes out. Strawberry bubblegum?
