Apr 27th, 2018This really hit the spot with our grilled shrimp and vegetables. Honeysuckle, toasted honey, apples, maybe some lees? Refreshing, complex for a white, and a great balance of fruit, inorganics, and acid. Top notch if you’re looking for an Italian style white!
