Very very structured!!

Classic Dolcetto, fruity but full of tannins.

Good acidity and burst of fruit. Fresh and lively.

A bit too tanniny for me

Amazing! Enjoyed at Sam’s Kitchen with Brittany and Matt. Paired well with osso bucco.

Excellent pizza wine! Dry with a bold black cherry/ spice that plays well with meat and cheese (tasting room gave us a slice of salami to eat in between sips). YUM!
