Aug 21st, 2021Clear, very light burgundy color. Strong berry, pepper and anise on the nose. The taste is surprisingly well balanced. The acidity is bright, and the tannins do not overpower at the end. The body is light, maybe too light, but it works well for this wine, especially given the high alcohol content. It lingers a medium amount of time, giving a nice finish.
