Lovely black fruit and volcanic minerality, and lithe enough to pair perfectly with whole fried sea bass over couscous with spicy tomato sauce.

Rich, acid, great chewy structure, dark/earthy/savory flavors. Surprisingly delicious match for a funky three milk robiola with dates and bread.

As soon as you put your nose in the glass you know you're in for a treat. A wine of uncommon purity. Expansive nose with a whiff of sulfides and that smoky-rocky Etna scent, mingled with herbs, orange peel, and fruit. The palate is black cherry so ripe it's fit to burst on the tree, with a fullness that remains completely in focus. Long, with a furry Etna tannins finish. Outstanding.
