Flora Beneventano Falanghina

2013 Vintage. Lovely wine, by far the best Falanghina I've tried this year. Loaded with ripe apricots, baked peaches and honey aromas. Zippy acidity. Complete package. Soon to be btg at Corkbuzz Charlotte.

Same minerals, gardenia, and apricots as the last time but should have had it outside! Perfect for aperitivo

Excellent wine..similiar to chablis

This has great color; light gold in the glass. Meyer lemon, white flowers, and crushed oyster shells on the nose. The palate is plush; orange oil, raw hazelnuts, beeswax, some grassy notes, citrus zest. The finish shows a nice touch of acidity and then some complex petrol, bitter herbs, and preserved lemon. Love this grape. Tons of value here!

Oily, buttery, lots of pineapple. Like a really well- balanced Napa Chardonnay. Delicious!
