Finally met up with @Paul K and got to enjoy some great food (Our Paladar) and wine. He graciously shared two bottles of Hunnicutt. A first for me, it was outstanding. Such balance. The Wayside edged out the 935 for me as it seemed there was more complexity and layers. Awesome night. Thanks, @Paul K!

Aug 3rd, 2021Got a shipment last night. New vintages as well as more of last year’s Wayside. We got more because we love this! Nose is cherry cola and chocolate. More coffee notes than previously recorded. Still bright fruit, maybe just a quick lick of toffee. Dense.

2014 Wayside. I’ve designated Archie’s Wayside on this in the past. Requesting Delectable add this. It’s great. Daddy daycare night with this makes it a joy! Teething sucks. 95+? It’s seamless, lively, bright, finish lasts forever. If I had more of this, I’d sign up for DD duty more often.
