Long vintage, long ripeness,many aromatics.
Super crisp, very minty, balsamic.
This wine still needs a bit of bottle age.
Quite textural. Fruity with little honey and white pepper. Perfect with seafood.
Personally i find the aromatic side(mint mainly) a bit too much in your face, a bit overwhelming.
I am guessing it will integrate.
This wine has everything in place to age and get better.
