Most successful white wine of the company in shows lately. Winemaker Brian Currie used to work in Campania and fell in love with this variety.
Fiano needed nothing to adjust to the cool climate Hilltops wine region coming from Irpinia in Italy where winters are freezing.
Part of the mass is barrel fermented and there is little skin contact too.
The wine is light to medium body, crunchy, it has tropical fruit, citrus and is quite textural.
Definitely a fresh finish.
