Underwhelmed. Expected a lot more. This was totally fine but it was well below what I assumed it would be. Not much to say about it which is my disappointment. Have other bottles to try in the future.

Jan 12th, 2017Lovely lingering and luscious. Packs a punch with dried fruit and long finish. It was just wonderful. Some muted spice but only to make the mouthfeel and finish complex. Still an impressively youthful wine for 21 years…

Holy shit. 13.9% for Hundred Acre in 2001 doesn’t make any sense but the taste/experience is outrageous. This is a mind blowing wine.
