Saturday afternoon in Copenhagen and back on the Rieslings. This number from Alsace is the perfect early afternoon, no-food-pairing-needed wine. Respectful on the palate; light, lemony, dry. Leaves a lingering, oily slip around the mouth; a welcome runway for a simple pasta aglio e olio, if one was inclined. Easy and delicious; and sometimes, easy and delicious is all we need.

Drinking the 2014 in 2017. Excellent clarity. Golden color. Light bouquet with hints of citrus and green Apple. Tart flavor, not your typical Riesling! Smooth finish with low tannins. Very nice wine!

Jul 2nd, 2016I'm freaking tired of awkward customers - I would rather need magnum, than this small bottle as a remedy. The universe and human stupidity are infinite. But ok lets talk about wine.
Dry, fresh and zesty, like a morning spring day. Intensive floral nose (jasmine?,honeysuckle?), in mouth lime and apples, with tickling acidity but finishes with pineapple (sweet/ spicy/ acidic) .
