In my mind, Hudson are producing chards at the same level as Aubert and Kistler. This example displays pineapples and peaches on the nose. The wine glides across the mid-palate. So well behaved and weighty. Exotic fruits are juxtaposed with a delicate cut grass note. Finishes moderately sweet. This will cellar for a good 7-10 years. If I were to taste angels piss, I imagine it would taste like this! 😇
