May 31st, 2025In my mind, Hudson are producing chards at the same level as Aubert and Kistler. This example displays pineapples and peaches on the nose. The wine glides across the mid-palate. So well behaved and weighty. Exotic fruits are juxtaposed with a delicate cut grass note. Finishes moderately sweet. This will cellar for a good 7-10 years. If I were to taste angels piss, I imagine it would taste like this! 😇
