This is a very pretty wine, and it went gorgeously with my grilled ribeye, sautéed spinach and carmelized onions tonight. Floral, almost perfumed on the nose and in the mouth, with soft, polished fruit and mouth-watering acidity that makes the whole thing go. Can't wait to share these wines with friends here in California.
