This was a great little white burg. Piercing acidity leaving you wanting another sip. Richness showed through on the second day.

Pale gold. Full aroma, flavours of pear, slightly sweet, almost rich cheese/dairy. Medium acidy, medium + body. Long finish. Pear flavours continue on the palate.

Still young and slightly closed nose with citrus and mineral notes. Medium body, pleasant fruit, slight bitterness, fresh acidity. Potential with some years.
