Fairly intense on the nose and palette. Aromas of toasty baked apples and tree blossoms. Weighty but great balance. Spiced apples, chalk and lime, and subtle hints of blanched almond flavors. Still youthful and drinking great

A complex Burgundy for the sophisticated palate. Lime and pollen up front opens eventually to show lots of minerality, hints of oak and vanilla, and quince. Finishes with a bit of pleasant bitterness.
