Solid Austrian riesling with a litte bottle age, all wrapped up in a crisp and zippy package. Shows development with its petrol and slight honeyed notes and beautiful light gold color. Green mango/pineapple, grilled lemons, white peach, sea salt, minerals, spring blossom. Its got some ripeness with makes it open knit but there’s plenty of acid to make this wonderfully crisp. SS ferment and aging provide focus.
