Not chinon! This is fruit forward, needed a ton of air (left it in fridge for 3 days), then it showed pepper, dark fruits, a hint of vegetables but way more on the dark chocolate and jammy fruit side. I’d love to try this in other vintages.

Really great fruit profile, none of the vegetative notes you often see in Cab Franc. Very delicious!!!

Filled with tannins, easy on palette, earthy. Gonna let it air and then come@back.
