Liquid florals, ripe elegant blackberries, dark cherries, creamed raspberries, spiced black plum, dark chocolate, rich sweet dark earth, candied minerals and a long beautiful rich finish that last last & lasts. Hope & Grace Cabernet with Hope & Grace dark chocolate...perfect!!!

Softer, rounded black fruits than in July. Blue fruits are starting to show a bit more. Cherry chocolate follows. Soft black earthiness with a touch of soft minerals. Light vanilla presence and medium barrel toast come out on the soft elegant finish. Good acidity is the one lacking element in their 08. It's off just a bit. 9.3-9.4 with the Ribcap steak...Michael Mina's-Bourbon Steak.

Round and lush black fruit in the 08. Thick mouth feel. Raspberries, black plum. Backing spices, great purple flowers. Very polished and long finish.

This is the 12 Cabernet. Ripe black and blue fruits, black plum. So, lush, rich and smooth. Pair it with their dark chocolate. Perfect paring.

Age is its friend. Great bottle for the auction price of $50.00,
No way to drink this on release, needs 10-15 years at the least

Reminds me of Sade- Smooth Operator. Velvety juniper berry. Smells like Christmas. Only 13 barrels produced. Love in a bottle.
