Napa Valley Riesling

Sour sweet lemons, underripe pineapple, peach, tangerine, citrus blossoms, light minerals.

It's their Riesling. Bright Meyer lemon, lime, grapefruit and grapefruit pit. Nice but a little hot but nice acidity.

Citrus, crushed lime leaves ... Perfectly dry ...

Lemon curd, apricot jam, lime zest. Oak ish and round.

Can’t miss with Hope and Grace. This was great with grilled Branzino and roasted cauliflower Larb. Yep, Larb.

Can’t beat the lime leaves he gets out of this. Happy Thanksgiving all!

Not what you’d expect from a Riesling ... light , apples and pears , almost creamy ... wife liked it a lot more than I did

Light golden hue with oak on the nose but otherwise somewhat blunted aromatics. Dry with apple and lemon on the palate, viscous mouthfeel, and good acidity.
