Medium color. Pepper spice. Dark cherry fruit. Light smooth body. Vanilla. Fruit strawberry cherry skin. Low tannins. Light finish. I would drink with pork or lamb.

Jan 17th, 2015Gotta love Cat Stevens! Growing up I loved listening to Cat Stevens and Tea for the Tillerman. When I saw this wine on the shelf with its label it brought back many memories. The nose is nice with black fruit, red plum and dusty forest floor. On first swirl I am getting currants, licorice, some herbal notes and nice tannin. Not a bad wine for $15 bones. I would buy again.

Aug 31st, 2020This is a great staple wine for us. We buy it by the case and keep it around for everyday use. Fruity, medium dark with a great spice note. Solid, affordable, blend.
