Reminded me of a sweet Chardonnay. It's got a lot going on in each glass & everyone kept drinking for the curiosity of it but wasn't my favorite. Def taste the honey more than the "butterscotch" - don't expect a thick Moscato like liquid; this is lighter and more diverse flavors than that.

Made risotto with this and then drank it. Smelled just like honey when reducing but wasn’t as sweet as expected
