Fantastic. Great fruit from Sangiacomo produced by well-connected monks in their tiny pilot winery at the monastery in Texas. No ML, light oak, beautiful fruit expression and acidity. Not mineral like a Petit Chablis but otherwise reminiscent of the style. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on a bottle.
