Color of purple, with a bit of brown and copper hue on the rim, light considering she is a cab. Just a tiny bit cloudy. Nose of beautiful dark toasted coffee beans, nice oaky note, good aldehyde, spice and overall the fragrance is really nice. Taste is smooth and sweeter than nose, straightforward and less complicated than nose, a bit leafy, some more blackberry, ripe grapes, and blueberry note, some zest, and mellow tannins. Aftertaste is just a bit short with some more bitter rind. Very impressed.
