Last bottle, tasting one year since last pour. Pale yellow with golden tinge, excellent clarity. Sulfur and tropical fruit aroma. Semi-dry, soft, slight spritz on finish. Floral, peach and tropical fruit (guava) flavors, bright crisp acidity, excellent with food. Aging well, solid choice. Minor skin astringency in finish, aftertaste.

Eola-Amity Hills designation. Pale yellow white in color. Floral, mango, peach and diesel notes in nose. Crisp to tart in mouth with orange, lemon, stone and tropical fruit notes. Bright almost spritz on front. Great food wine esp. for rich dishes.
