Crazy high acid but still really peachy and mellow.

Good acidity but with solid structure and depth.

The initial reaction is all "granny's peach cobbler", until a second later when plasmic acidity rages across your palate like napalm leaving a mushroom cloud of minerals to finish.

Clean and mineral with medium plus body and solid acidity.

Clean, clean, and minerallllll. Medium bodied and with loads of vibrant acidity and lemony/citrusy goodness. Wonderful expression of weissburgunder.
