Really delicious stuff here. Distinctly California and distinctly Russian River without being over-the-top. Still retains some elegance. Not much on the savory end of the spectrum but the fruit is beautiful and it's well-balanced. A really really fun wine to drink.

2 clones from the rocchioli vineyard, great balance, mushroom and forest floor, red and blue fruit, exacting acid. Prime stuff.
