Niedermenniger Herrenberg Spätlese Feinherb Riesling

Red currants, parsley stem, and Meyer lemon marmalade. The RS lends weight and balance to the wine. Sweetest wine I've tasted from Falkenstein yet, but again with the 13s there is a seriousness/concentration/quality that sets this vintage apart.

Beautiful Reisling. Acidity with sweetness. Great with rock cod and chilies.

If they bottled this in a juice box it'd always be in my lunch box.

Lovely drink with some spicy lamb curry...crisp as hell with acidity in a very good way. A great way. Time to re-up on another Riesling curated case with @Max Kogod and #KogodWineMerchant

Drier than I expected, long beautiful finish. Mouthwatering acidity but soft around the edges.

Supple lusciousness - macadamia nuts& apple skins. Fantastic lively acid, goes on for days and days. Couldn't have asked for anything more with a spicy Chinese food feast on Christmas Day.
