Wow. Muted aromatics, delicate. Acidity dances around the tongue...white peach, lime, initial blast of wet stone, tiniest hint of petrol. The paradox of being at once weightless yet substantial. Beautiful work.

@andrewschirmer insisted on this infanticide. Very pale. Aroma of flowers, lemon, lime, smoke and rock. Palate is laser focused, intense and piercing. Tart lemon, apple, lime and acid. Lightly sweet. Long. Interesting next to Trimbach Geisberg GC. Want more. 9.4/10
