Noctua Columbia Gorge Red Blend

Really great. One of the biggest and full bodied wines I’ve had from hiyu. Definitely better day two, but was pretty good after 4 hours of air. The nose is herbs, meat, but also some delicate notes like peeled apple skin and orange blossom. Palate is earth with cranberries, savory herbs, some more game meat, and then pretty big tannin structure that finish for a good 30 seconds with red apples, thyme. Enjoying this greatly.
