
Same notes as before. It's hard to imagine how these wines seem to capture the essence/freshness of fruit just picked off the vine... But knowing the berries have been crushed somewhere, sat in a fermentation tank, pressed for juice, aged in barrel and then bottle, and of course moved around between each of these processes, all with no sulfur treatment. What a feat!

At Coquine in Portland, Oregon. Bright berry at initial pour. After 2 hours, the funk appears and less fresh.
