A bit passed it’s prime but still very tasty wine although a touch too much oak.

Medium gold in color... sporting its age. Beautiful depth of white fruit flavors—-apple, pear, ripe pineapple. Round, ripe, weighty. Long, smooth finish. I like Hirsch Pinots... I remain on their list for their Chardonnays. David, Jasmine...I raise my glass and salute you and your stewardship!

What a marvelous Chardonnay they manage to make at Hirsch! Crisp, clean, super-complex. Touch of oak on the nose, but impeccable balance. Lemon-curd, basil, pear notes with medium weight and smooth, soft mouthfeel. Delightful at first taste, it just gets more complex and interesting as it warms. I smile whenever I think of these gems of Sonoma coast grape-growing. Thanks David for your stewardship and tenacity!

Väldigt blommig med fina honungstoner. Citrusfrukt och zest som ger fräschör. Lite äppelpaj och snäckskal. Skulle gärna lagrat några år.

Lean and well delineated but still hasn’t fully come together. I’ve found that a few years of bottle age changes this wine a decent amount. Revisit in 2yrs

Delicious!!! Great texture with citrus and minerality (and a touch of sulphur).
