Had it hidden in the apartment for a long long time. Wasn't sure how it would be after 10 years in so so conditions but it was fantastic. Delicious! Had it with a lamb stew and everything was perfect. Have a bunch of newer vintages in the cellar and counting down the time to for that special occasion to start enjoying them.
