After tasting an older vintage, the 2016 is far too high in acid for me. This is definitely a wine that will benefit from age.

Nov 11th, 2017Beautiful dark color. Dark, tobacco nose, smells heavy but taste is bright and full of acid. A food wine for sure and should age well.
