Not much on the nose except some light gravel. Smooth, with light tannins. Baking spices and dried herbs. Lovely!

A little fruity nose, but otherwise not much there. Coffee, black licorice on the palate, not excessively fruity. Powdery tannins, almost chalky. We hadn't had a Wash State cab before and wasn't sure what to expect, but we really liked this wine.
