Flavor is also in line with Lodi Zin. Fruit forward, with a bit of pepper and some bar-b-qued meat char. 15% ABV. Hot! It’s got some depth and tannin to hold things together, but it’s kinda a one note symphony. It’d probably be awesome with ribs smothered in bar-b-q sauce.
