My first Grüner, really really super. Love the crisp freshness, not heavy. I kept trying it over 4 days and it really opened up by the fourth. This is a perfect lunchtime or appetizer wine for a warm day. Zippy floral notes, ever so slight butteriness, almost tastes like there’s a light effervescence like Riesling. Wet stone or something like damp rock. Really good, will buy again.
