This is perhaps the best Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon I've encountered so far. Juicy, fresh, surprisingly elegant and refined, yet with great fruit and dito structure. This is already accessible, but will age longer than most people think.

Part of the Premium Wines at the resort here in Mexico...hour decant and it is ready. Booming nose yet lacks a little on the finish. Drink now.

A beauty. All the earthy leathery cigar box notes of Bordeaux. Great structure and persistence on the finish.

Perfumed fruits of; blackberries, dark cherries, strawberries, plum, soft spices and dry florals. Elegant beauty on the palate. Fruits mirror the nose, caramel, mocha, anise, coffee expresso, leathery, soft wood, round beautiful acidity & finish. Tasted with Lokoya's Winemaker Chris Carpenter at Yangarra.

Feel like this is the Bevan style wine of Australia. Nothing to be ashamed of here. In your face alcohol and tannins, and nothing is apologetic. The fruit is only there to provide a small balance. The rest of it is full throttle. Hold on to your wine glass!

Awesome 2012 from one of the premier producers in McLaren Vale. Loaded with fruit and brawny tannins, needed a hour to breathe life. Huge plum and black fruits here. Started Big but finished wonderful. CB 94
