In celebration of Canada's 150th birthday on July 1st I am focusing my attention on Canadian beers "IPA's and wines. This one from the Okanagan Valley BC is a pure Canadian. Aged in French and American oak this full body layered wine presents a smooth well balanced taste with hints of sage, raspberry, vanilla and a touch of pepper. Still young it has the weight to age well.

Very mild with limited flavour. Not dry with raspberry notes. Not very peppery like I feel it should be. May need time to age and open up.
