Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Showing red and black fruits with tobacco, oak, black tea, chocolates, licorice, dark coffee, spices and peppercorn.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food, but needs some time to open up.
I had it a few times before, and this time I gave it a light chill and had it by the pool.

Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, milk chocolates, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 7-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Lake County is drinking very nicely now. Rich and extracted.
Showing nice complexity with good structure and mouthfeel. Feels like an Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.
Would be interesting to try it again in 3 years, as it still has a lot of power in it.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food like barbecue Meats.
